Hi! I'm Ash 

Ash is a 2-year-old Shepherd mix with a big heart and even bigger energy! This smart girl has quickly become a favorite with staff thanks to her sweet nature and eagerness to learn. She's highly food-motivated and has already learned her basic commands like sit, stay, down, and place. Ash loves everyone she's ever met and once she's comfortable, her playful side shines through. She does like to jump up in excitement, so she'll need a family who can help her channel that enthusiasm into good manners. When it comes to other dogs, Ash can be very reactive, so she has been basket muzzle trained as a precaution, and she must be the only animal in the home. She's also quite athletic and can jump impressively high, so a secure, tall fence is a must to keep her safe. She would do best in a home where there aren't any neighboring dogs for her to cross paths with. Ash is looking for an active, experienced adopter who can keep up with her energy, continue her training, and give her the structure she thrives on. In return, she'll give you endless love, loyalty, and laughter. If you're ready for a smart, goofy, energetic best friend to keep you busy, Ash is waiting to meet you!
